A traditional family restaurant. In addition to charcuterie, there are cheese or leek fritters, herb tarts, lasagna, meat or brocciu cannelloni with meat in sauce, bean stew and wood-fired pork, stuffed fish and vegetables, fiadone pastizzu, and more. These delicacies are prepared by Samantha, who took over the family restaurant. These traditional Corsican recipes are made primarily with local produce from small producers. A warm atmosphere, typical decor, and a beautiful garden are featured. Several evenings are organized with singing and guitars.
