Come to discover, in a gorgeous setting at nearly 800m above sea level, the Arcarota pass, overlooking the pieve (religious districts) of Alesani and Orezza. There takes place a traditional market which gathers local producers and craftsmen: market gardening produces, cured meats, cheeses, honey, wine, objects, books… Enjoy the flavours of Corsica like migliacci, thick cheese-based cakes cooked in a wood fire on chestnut tree leaves.
