A Penta è Acquatella

The village is formed of two hamlets, Penta and Acquatella, situated at an average altitude of 400 metres, in the old parish territory of Casacconi. It's surrounded by a lush nature with chestnut and olive trees. The hamlet of Penta is organised around a single street in which stone houses with flagtrone roofs stand, typicals of Castagniccia.

To discover
- The baroque church of Nativité de la Vierge, built in the 19th century on foundations of a medieval sanctuary, isolated at equal distance of both hamlets. Inside can be found a polychromatic statue of Sainte Anne from the 19th century.
- Saint-Pascal Baylon chapel, built in the 20th century on the place of the old chapel of the same name, collapsed in years earlier.
