This village of Alisgiani's valley is made up of three hamlets each one full of remarkable curiosities to discover. During Summer, a craft market takes place at the Col d'Arcarotta. Note that Piubetta is an integral part of the Corsican Regional Nature Reserve, and is classified at the ZNIEFF Inventory: 'châtaigneraies - petite Castagniccia' (chestnut groves of Castagniccia).
